We all have those moments where we lose our keys, our minds, or even our tickets! But not to fret, as there is a way to get them resent to you! Simply log in to your moshtix account used for the purchase, select 'Show My Ticket' for our event. You then have the option to 'view the ticket' in your browser, download and save, or resend to your email. Remember to check both your email login and Facebook login, and double-check your junk, spam or promotions folders in case your email filter has accidentally sent it to those folders.
NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON A TICKET?
We know changes can happen. There's always one friend who has to bail as they've accidentally double-booked themselves or gets called in to work when it's time to party. There is an option to change the name on your ticket to ensure your ticket can still be used and doesn't go to waste. To reissue (change the name or date of birth on the ticket) the original purchaser must log in to their moshtix account, select the 'manage tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the re-issue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee's details.
