WHAT?

The Hills Are Alive is a three-day, two-night boutique camping and music gathering set in the beautifully picturesque rolling hills of South Gippsland (90mins drive from Melbourne). It takes place on an unbelievably beautiful site and is all about getting great people together to enjoy amazing live music in an awesome location. Good vibes. Good times. Oh yeah, you can even bring your own drinks!

To be able to attend The Hills Are Alive 2016 you need to have one of our shindigs previously or be invited by another good-vibing friend who has. It is this ‘friends-of-friends’ policy that makes the vibe so special and anyone at any time over the weekend should be able to turn to the person next to them, work out how they’re connected, share a drink and then party like old friends.

WHY?

To celebrate good vibes, great people, excellent music and a stunning landscape with breathtaking sunsets. A chance to step out of the rat race and into your groove shoes or dancing gum boots. There are no egos out here. This is a gathering of 'friends of friends'.
